FitMob Workout Competitions Support
Need help with FitMob?
FitMob helps companies run private fitness competitions using Apple Health or Android Health Connect data. If you have trouble signing in, enabling permissions, or joining a company challenge, start here.
Getting Started
- Enter your company login on the first screen.
- Choose your profile or create a new one.
- Allow the optional Health permissions when prompted if you want automatic activity sync.
Health & Notifications
- FitMob reads steps for step standings, active calories for calorie standings, and exercise-session duration for active-minute standings.
- On Android, manage or revoke this optional access in Health Connect.
- Enable notifications in Settings for competition updates.
- If sync fails, reopen the app after granting Health access.
