Information We Collect

• Profile and account information: your name, nickname, profile color, company login, and related competition settings.
• Health data: steps, active calories burned, and exercise-session duration when you choose to connect Apple Health or Android Health Connect.
• Device and push notification data: device tokens and basic identifiers needed to deliver notifications and keep your profile linked to your device.
• Competition data: leaderboards, history, challenges, and other data used to run team competitions.

How We Use Information

• To display competition standings and profile information.
• To calculate step, calorie, and active-minute totals for company competitions from Apple Health or Android Health Connect.
• To send competition updates and notifications.
• To support company-level administration of the app.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Competition data may be visible to the company or organization you join, and to administrators of that company, so they can run fitness challenges and view standings.

We may use service providers to host the app, store data, and deliver notifications.

Health Data

Health data is used only to power FitMob competitions and related features. On Android, FitMob reads steps for step standings, active calories burned for calorie standings, and exercise-session duration for active-minute standings. FitMob does not use Health Connect exercise cadence, route, location, or other workout details, and it never writes or modifies Health Connect data. We do not use Health data for advertising.

Data Retention

We keep data as long as it is needed to provide the app and operate the competition for your company. If you need data removed, contact us using the information below.

Your Choices

• You can disable Health permissions in Apple Health or Android Health Connect settings.
• You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings.
• You can request account or data removal by contacting us.

Children

FitMob is intended for workplace and company wellness use and is not designed for children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
